The responsibilities include the preparation of quarterly and monthly computerized maintenance bills, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. During bill generation, SMS and email notifications are dispatched to all members detailing the amounts due and payment deadlines. Similarly, receipts are issued through email and SMS upon collection transactions.

The role encompasses the preparation of comprehensive financial statements such as Monthly Income & Expenditure reports, Balance Sheets, Cash Books, Bank Reconciliation statements, and lists of member dues, along with monthly comparative analysis of expenses. Additionally, computerized receipts are generated for member collections and other financial inflows.

Addressing member inquiries related to account matters is an integral part of the position, alongside following up with members regarding outstanding dues to ensure timely payments. The preparation of payment vouchers and issuance of cheques are performed to facilitate financial disbursements.

Maintaining up-to-date records of members, tenants, staff, and vendors is essential for smooth operations. The role also involves managing statutory registers—including those for shares, memberships, tenants, nominations, active members, and liens (mortgage loans)—both in the portal and during audits.

Furthermore, the preparation of notices for managing committee meetings and Annual General Body meetings is required to ensure proper communication and compliance with organizational procedures.
